GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS

for buying a piece of art, commission for order and all other conditions.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Please be aware that your country may have additional VAT, Import, and Custom’s fees. We here at Mantra Art have no control over these fees and do not have information on how fees work in different countries. The customs department in your country may require you to pay import fees when you receive your package.

MERCHANDISE PURCHASED:

It could take up to 7-14 business days to receive your order once shipped, not including weekends and holidays. Orders can take 5-10 business days to ship once the ordered is placed.

Shipping

For small items such as stickers, Mantra Art offers First Class Shipping with No Insurance or Tracking number. Small items come inside metered STAMPED envelope. Again, this does not have tracking. 

When checking out, please double check your shipping information. Ownership of packages turned over to the shipping company transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

Any shipping issues must be handled by UPS or the carrier of our choosing for those pieces that require freight or international shipping.

In the case your shipment is lost or damaged in transit it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages nor are we responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services/companies. If you placed an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting the forwarding company/service to locate your package.

Mantra Art is also not responsible for weather related damage or delays.

If your package is returned back to us for any reason, it is your responsibility to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and it is your responsibility for the re-shipping service based on the fact we were given the wrong address or you missed the delivery.

Please keep an on eye your package and its tracking process for orders that do have tracking numbers. Please make sure all addresses are correct when placing an order. Mantra Art will not refund you for the wrong address nor for packages not being picked up by you at your mail box, porch or post office. If your package is stolen from your property or goes to the incorrect home based on the shipping company, this is not Mantra Art’s issue.  

There are no refunds! Mantra Art does not guarantee refunds. Exchanges or credit may possibly be considered based on the situation. There will be restocking fees if a refund is considered.

CUSTOM ART PIECES:

Deposits are required to begin on a custom art piece. Deposits are half of the value of the custom piece. Example; painting is $3000; the deposit would be $1500.  Deposits are non refundable and only transferrable. The deposit is not refundable due to the time invested, labor and art materials. Once the piece is completed, the remaining balance is due within 30 days and is required before shipping the piece. Quotes on art pieces are only valid for 30 days.

COPYRIGHT:

Artist retains the copyright to all works commissioned by Collector that was created by Artist, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. No artwork may be reproduced or altered without the written consent of the Artist. Artist being Jay Valentin.
